KITCHEN MEMORY: We live near an American military complex and twenty years ago my friend Greg brought me a turkey. Since then I cook stuffed turkey every Christmas and serve it with antipasti and lasagne.
KITCHEN PHILOSOPHY: Italian food is healthy. Pasta saved us from burgers. People should learn how to make Italian food just because it’s very easy and it has the power to make people happy.
