We have chosen this number sung by King George III because, unlike the play’s hip-hop hits, this one could be more easily performed by the takers of piano lessons. Also, given that this book represents the election year of 2016—not necessarily American representative democracy’s finest hour—an ode from the king who was the butt of the joke in the Declaration of Independence seemed funnier while at the same time sad.
