Pineapple Nut Spread

2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained, juice reserved

1 cup chopped pecans

Mix the cream cheese and drained pineapple. Add enough juice to make the mixture easy to spread. Add the nuts. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.

Makes 3 cups.
