Mayonnaise Cheese Toast

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

¼ teaspoon garlic salt

8 slices white bread cut in half diagonally, crust trimmed

Paprika, optional

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Mix the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and garlic salt together in a small bowl. Spread over each half of the bread. Sprinkle with the paprika. Place on a large cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until the bread is crispy and golden brown. Serve with the soup. Cut the bread into triangles or crouton shapes to garnish the top of the soup.
