Baked Tomato, Bacon, and Cheese Dip

2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

½ cup butter

2 cups shredded white Cheddar cheese

10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

2 jalapeño peppers, seeded and finely chopped

4 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped (drain on paper towels)

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

¾ cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Corn scoops or toasted baguette slices for serving

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine the cream cheese and butter in a bowl and mix until smooth. Fold in the Cheddar cheese, bacon, jalapeños, tomatoes, salt, and black pepper. Spread the mixture in a 2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese and bake for 35 minutes or until the Parmesan cheese is brown. Serve with chips or toasted bread.
