This recipe is courtesy of my friend Vonette Smith.
1 pound white chocolate chips
1½ cups dried cranberries
1½ cups pecans, chopped
Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl on high heat, 20 seconds at a time, stirring after each time period. Do this until the chips are melted. Stir in the cranberries and chopped pecans and mix well. Drop the mixture by the teaspoonful onto wax paper.
When hardened, remove to an airtight container.
Makes 4 dozen.
