Creole Seasoning

2½ tablespoons paprika

1 tablespoon salt

1 tablespoon garlic powder

2 teaspoons cayenne pepper

1 tablespoon white pepper

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 tablespoon black pepper

1 teaspoon dry mustard

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried thyme

Combine the paprika, salt, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, white pepper, onion powder, black pepper, dry mustard, dried oregano, and dried thyme in a small bowl. Store in an air-tight container.

Makes ¼ cup.
