Touchdown Brownies

I love the combination of peanut butter and chocolate. These really are amazing brownies.

½ cup butter, softened

½ cup creamy peanut butter

½ cup firmly packed brown sugar

½ cup sugar

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ cup all-purpose flour

1 cup quick-cooking oats

¼ cup cocoa

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 cup chocolate chips

1 cup white chocolate chips

1 cup peanut butter chips

1 cup pecans, chopped

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 × 13-inch baking dish. In a large bowl combine the butter, peanut butter, and sugars, and beat until creamy. Add the eggs and vanilla, and mix well.

In a small bowl mix the flour, oats, cocoa, and baking soda. Stir into the batter until well blended. Add the chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and pecans. Mix well. Pour the batter into the prepared dish. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until the edges pull from the sides of the baking dish. Cool before cutting.

Makes 12 to 16 servings.
