Dan Thompson is a first time author and illustrator who has captured the spirit of an exciting family adventure at one of the Garden State’s celebrated barrier islands in his new book.
Dan was born and raised in New Jersey. After graduating from Ohio State University, Dan returned to Jersey where he married, had a son, and began a long and rewarding career in the insurance industry.
Over the years Dan has enjoyed swimming, boating, biking, hiking, and also writing and performing music.
Utilizing a lifetime of experiences, Dan is thrilled to introduce his new middle grade historical fiction novel, The Secret Of Seven Mile Island.
