Smoked Salmon and King Prawn Salad

Ingredients

•   200 grams mixed leaves, preferably rocket or cos lettuce

•   200 grams smoked salmon

•   200 grams king prawns

•   Caramelized walnuts (walnuts stir-fried in 50 grams butter and 50 grams sugar for 2 minutes)

•   Creamy Balsamic Dressing (blend 2 teaspoons garlic powder, 20 millilitres balsamic vinegar, 30 grams cracked black pepper, honey, and 40 millilitres olive oil)

 

Method

1.   Add your greens to a deep dish. Place some salmon and prawns throughout.

2.   Sprinkle over some caramelized nuts, pepper, and dressing.

3.   Serve with brown bread.
