Ingredients
• 1 large onion, peeled and chopped
• 50 grams sugar
• 15 grams butter
Method
1. Add the sugar and butter to a saucepan over a low to medium heat and cook a couple of minutes to form a brownish liquid caramel.
2. Add your onion and toss in the caramel sauce for about a minute.
3. Remove from the pan and serve.
