Instructions:
1. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat until nutty in aroma. Add and sauté the beef for 3 minutes to warm through and brown a little. Turn the heat off.
2. Warm the crepes in the microwave for 1 minute and lay on a flat
surface.
3. Spread the pesto all over the middle of each crepe, spoon the sautéed beef down the center, sprinkle with some tomatoes, and then mozzarella.
4. Roll the crepes to seal and serve immediately.
