I grew up in a small town in the Transkeian region of South Africa close to the ocean and the mountains. After completing high school I moved to the city to go to College. And I’m still here. I miss the ocean every single day.
I have my parents to thank for my love of books and music. The local library was one of my favourite places to hang out and helped to satisfy my craving to read more and more books.
Doing what the majority of people do is not for me. I like who I am. I love what I do.
I like my music loud and heavy, my coffee with a touch of milk and slightly sweet, and chocolate in all its shapes and forms.
Music is my muse. My house is never silent. Whether I’m writing or reading there is always music playing.
