Tomato, Mozzarella, and Basil Wraps

4 medium beefsteak tomato slices

2 (1/4") slices fresh mozzarella cheese

2 (8") 100 percent whole-wheat tortillas

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

4 tablespoons chopped fresh basil leaves

1. Cut tomato slices and cheese slices into thin strips.

2. Lay tortillas flat and layer half of the mozzarella strips down the center of each tortilla, followed by the tomato slices on top. Drizzle the balsamic vinegar and ground black pepper over the mozzarella and tomato, and cover with the chopped basil.

3. Wrap the tortilla tightly and enjoy!
