1/4 cup chopped green onion
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon whole milk

1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 teaspoon celery seed
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
