4 (5-ounce) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
1 cup Egg Beaters
2 cups crushed Frosted Flakes cereal
1 tablespoon Splenda
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Coat chicken chunks in Egg Beaters. Roll coated chicken in cereal crumbs until covered.
3. Place chicken on 2 large baking sheets and sprinkle with Splenda.
4. Bake for 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
