6 (5-ounce) boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1/2 teaspoon all-purpose seasoning

1. Trim visible fat from chicken breasts. Sprinkle chicken with all-purpose seasoning.

2. Coat grill pan with nonstick spray. Place chicken in pan and cook over medium heat for 12–15 minutes or until internal temperature of chicken is 165°F or juices run clear when pricked.
