1 cup quinoa, rinsed and drained
2 cups vegetable broth
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1. Combine quinoa and broth in a medium saucepan over high heat. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to low and cover. Allow to simmer 20 minutes or until quinoa is tender and fluffy.
2. Fluff quinoa with a fork and stir in garlic salt and lemon juice. Serve warm.
