1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
3 cups mango purée
1/4 cup lemon juice
1. Combine sugar and water in a medium saucepan and heat over medium-high heat until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and chill until cooled.
2. Combine chilled sugar syrup, mango purée, and lemon juice.
3. Freeze in an ice-cream freezer according to manufacturer’s instructions.
