Mango Milkshakes

1 medium ripe mango

1 cup vanilla nonfat frozen yogurt

1 cup mango juice

1. Peel mango and cut into cubes. Place into a blender or food processor and purée.

2. Add remaining ingredients and pulse until smooth. Serve immediately.
