INGREDIENTS:
¼ cup cracked wheat
¼ cup steel cut oats
¼ cup pearl barley
¼ cup brown rice
¼ cup coconut
3 cups water
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix all ingredients in a crock pot and cook for 7 to 8 hours on low.
Spoon out and serve with cinnamon.
