2 slices bread (Udi’s, Rudi’s, Ezekiel 4:9)
½ cup shredded low fat cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon coconut oil
Salt and pepper
1. Brush coconut oil on the outside of the slices of bread.
2. Assemble sandwich in hot pan, with the shredded cheddar cheese with salt and pepper in between bread with oiled sides on the outside.
3. Cook over medium-low heat until both sides are golden brown, about 3–5 minutes per side.
4. Cut in half and serve.
