Log Sheet for Resilience Strategies

Keeping a log and recording progress can be motivating. A log can also remind you of what has worked for you or show how the effectiveness of different strategies compare. You can make copies of the blank log sheet on the next page, or download copies of the log from the website for this book and use it to gauge the effectiveness of the various strategies in this workbook, rating them on a scale of 1 to 10 (1 being not effective and 10 highly effective).
