ONCE-YOU-GO-BLACKBERRY VEGAN POST-WORKOUT PROTEIN SHAKE

*Vegan

 

2 cups blackberries

3 apples, chopped

2 bananas, sliced

2 cups baby kale (or spinach)

2 cups cold water

2 scoops vegan protein powder (Vega or Sunwarrior are best.)

Throw all the ingredients in a blender and press the button until it’s the consistency of a shake.
