CAULIFLOWER

The most versatile vegetable of them all! Here are my two favorite ways to use cauliflower:

PUREED

Puree into soups or sauces, or try mixing cauliflower puree into your mashed potatoes for a lighter take on the traditional Thanksgiving side.

ROASTED

Roast the florets until they’re golden brown. Then put them on anything from pizza to tacos. Very often, I’ll just eat the roasted cauliflower hot off the baking sheet and call it dinner.
