And the localities, so far as they are not symbolic or doubtful, all cluster about the Western Baltic; thus “Sigar’s Field” and “Hringstead,” now Sigersted and Ringsted, are on the island of Zealand; “Hlés Isle,” now Laesö, is in the Kattegat; “Hethin’s Isle,” now Hiddense, is an island near Rügen; “Svarins Hill” is now Schwerin.
