Another type of motion commonly found in nature is vibrational motion, which we sometimes call harmonic motion. An object is in harmonic motion if it follows a repeated path at regular time intervals. Two common examples of harmonic motion often studied in physics are a mass on a spring and a pendulum.
An object is moving with harmonic motion if it follows a repeated path at constant time intervals.
