Jack’s Rucker Predator 124 S&S

This bike is a J2006 Rucker Predator Pro Street 124 cubic inch S&S with custom candy-apple red with detail skulls. It has a RSD six-speed with belt drive.

On the weekends I would always head to Starbucks to get some coffee in the afternoon. As I was walking to go inside, I spotted Jack’s bike. At first I figured the bike was way too good for our little studio and photo project effort. However, with a bit of fear in my heart I stood outside and waited for the owner to come out.

Jack was pleasant, but a bit questioning—“Who on earth are you?” The idea of some stranger asking to photograph your bike inside a photography studio is strange to many bike owners. Likewise, I wanted to do it at no cost, which also raised suspicions. Nonetheless, Jack was very kind and showed up along with his friend Brian. Together the rest is big history. Jack’s bike has been seen by millions of people from all over the world and is now the cover shot for this book. Thank you Jack, for trusting me.
