Ingredients:
1 lb raw shrimp, vein removed and peeled
2 green peppers, sliced
1 tomato, quartered
2 red peppers, sliced
½ cup chicken broth
1 onion, sliced
1 taco seasoning packet
½ tsp paprika
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients except the shrimp in a slow cooker then cook on low heat setting for 5 to 6 hours.
2. Now, add the shrimp then mix well. Cover and cook on high setting for another 30 to 45 minutes.
3. Serve shrimp mixture on tortillas with preferred toppings.
