Ingredients:
1 lb shrimp (cooked in old bay seasoning)
32 oz. chicken stock
20 oz. Tortellini
1 lb sausage
1 small onion, chopped
1 canned chopped tomatoes with garlic, basil and oregano
8 oz. cream cheese, chopped into chunks
Directions:
1. Brown the sausage with onion then drain.
2. Cook the shrimp in a sauce pan until it turns pink then cool and set aside.
3. Pour everything except the shrimp into a slow cooker then cook on low heat setting for 1 hour and stir.
4. Cook for 1 hour then stir. Cook for another 1 hour. Add the shrimp during the final 15 minutes. Serve.
