Sauced & Buttered Shrimp

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 2 hours

Servings: 3-4

Ingredients:

1 lb medium raw or frozen shrimp, thawed

½ cup butter

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp minced garlic

½ tsp pepper

1 tsp Old Bay seasoning

1 lemon, zest and juice

½ tsp salt

Directions:

1. Combine all the ingredients except the lemon zest in a medium - large slow cooker.

2. Cover then cook on high setting for 2 hours

3. Serve over rice then add lemon zest to taste.
