Ingredients:
1½ cups brown rice
3 cups water
½ yellow onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp chicken bouillon
1 tsp cumin
1 cup chopped cilantro
1 (4 oz.) canned diced mild green chiles
½ tbsp lime juice
¼ tsp salt
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients except the cilantro in a slow cooker then stir. Once its well combined, cover then cook on high heat setting for about 3 hours, or until all the water is absorbed and the rice is fluff and soft.
2. Stir in the cilantro then serve with preferred Mexican dishes.
