Ingredients:
2 tbsp olive oil
3 lbs. red potatoes, quartered
1 (1 oz.) pkt. taco seasoning
2 tbsp salted butter
1 tbsp red pepper flakes
Pepper and salt to taste
Directions:
1. Grease a large slow cooker with nonstick spray.
2. Combine all the ingredients in a slow cooker then briefly stir to combine. They might not combine well as the potato es are still cold but it will as it cooks.
3. Cover and cook for 3 to 4 hours on high setting, stirring, if possible, every hour. Check the potatoes after the 3rd hour, to see if they are ready. The potatoes are done, once they are fork tender.
4. Serve at once. Enjoy!
