Slow Cooked Banana Bread Pudding

Preparation time: 30 minutes

Cooking time: 5 hours

Servings: 10

Ingredients:

2 bananas, mashed

16 oz. day old, stale French bread, cubed

¼ cup melted butter

½ cups raisins

2½ cup milk

4 eggs

½ cup brown sugar

½ tsp nutmeg

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla extract

¼ tsp salt

Directions:

1. Turn on the slow cooker to low setting then add the cubed bread pieces.

2. Beat the wet ingredients together.

3. Pour the wet mixture into the slow cooker, add the bread then mix well until the bread is well coated.

4. Cover and cook on low setting for about 4 to 5 hours. Remove the lid then cook for 15 to 20 minutes to make the top caramelized.
