This cheesy chili dip is super easy to make and tastes delicious and serves as a filling for burritos or tacos.

Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. mild Mexican Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes
1 canned chili (no beans)
Directions:
1. Brown the ground beef on the stovetop then drain and add to the slow cooker.
2. Add cheese and chili. Cover then cook on low heat setting for 1 to 1 ½ hours or until the cheese completely melts, stirring irregularly.
3. Serve dip warm with tortilla or taco chips.
