Slow Cooked Mexican Taco Dip

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 1½ to 3 hours

Servings: 12

Ingredients:

1 lb. Velveeta

1 (8 oz.) block cream cheese

1 (1.25 oz) envelope taco seasoning mix

2 cups jarred salsa (one with beans and corn)

Directions:

1. Combine all the ingredients in a 4 qt or larger slow cooker. 

2. Cover the slow cooker then cook on low heat setting for about 3 hours, or for 1½ hours on high setting or until the cheeses completely melts and well heated.

3. Stir properly then serve with desired tortilla chips.
