Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
2 lbs. process Velveeta cheese, cubed
1/3 cup diced onion
¼ tsp garlic powder
1 (16 oz.) jar chunky salsa
Cubed French bread or tortilla chips
Directions:
1. Cook the beef and onion in a large skillet over medium heat until the meat isn’t pink anymore then drain properly.
2. Pour the drained beef into a greased 3 qt. slow cooker then stir in salsa, cheese and garlic powder. Cover the slow cooker then cook on low heat setting for 3 to 4 hours or until well heated.
3. Give a stir then serve warm with cubed French bread or tortilla chips.
