image

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 1 hour 30 minutes

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

¼ lb sausage, cooked then crumbled

1 (11 oz.) canned chilled thin pizza crust

1/3 cup pizza sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup sliced pepperoni

Directions:

1. Grease a 3½ to 4 qt oval slow cooker with cooking spray. Roll out the pizza dough then fold in half crosswise.

2. Put the pizza dough in the greased slow cooker then press the dough in the bottom and 1 inch up the sides.

3. Layer the pizza sauce evenly over the pizza dough then top with half of sausage, half of the pepperoni and half of the cheese. Repeat this process with the remaining sausage, pepperoni and cheese.

4. Cover the slow cooker then cook on low heat setting for 1½ to 2 hours or until the crust edges turn deep golden brown and the cheese has completely melted.

5. Remove the pizza from the slow cooker and place on a cutting board. Slice then serve. Enjoy!
