Pineapple Chicken

1 cup pineapple slices, cubed

1 tablespoon ginger, minced

1 bell pepper, sliced
Instructions:
Place the chicken in a bowl. Coat it with tablespoon oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and starch. Toss to coat with the mixture.
Heat a wok over medium-high and add three tablespoons of oil. Cook the chicken in batches until crispy. Set aside.
Add the bell peppers and sauté until softened.
Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
Return The chicken and add the rest of the ingredients. Stir to combine and serve.
