Black Bean Pork
This recipe features tender pork with excellent black bean sauce. The wonderful flavor will make it an absolute favorite for special dinner nights.

Ingredients:
Marinade

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon white pepper

3 tablespoons water or chicken stock

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 teaspoon cornstarch

1/2 tablespoon cooking wine

1 tablespoon soy sauce
Stir fry

Vegetable cooking oil as needed

1 teaspoon minced ginger
-
1 cloves garlic, minced
-
4 scallions, chopped

1 black bean sauce
-
1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
-
3 fresh red chili peppers, chopped

2 fresh green chili peppers, chopped

Salt to taste
Instructions:
Mix the pork marinade ingredients and coat the meat.
Heat the wok and add enough oil over the bottom.
Fry the meat until pale and remove.
Remove extra oil and keep the rest.
Fry the scallion, garlic, and ginger. Add diced peppers and sauté for a minute.
Return the meat and add the sauces. Adjust the salt and remove it quickly.
