Berry Frozen Fruit Pops

1 cup berries (raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, etc.)

2 cups plain yogurt

½ cup apple or orange juice

Blend the berries to a smooth texture. Add the yogurt and juice and blend to mix.

Pour into ice pop molds or use small, stiff paper cups. Pop them into the freezer. (If using paper cups, when the pops are partially frozen, insert wooden craft sticks into the ice pops and continue to freeze until hard.)

Yield varies, depending on size of pop.
