1 cup bulgur
2 cups water
½ tsp. salt
Combine the bulgur, water, and salt in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and then reduce the heat, cover the pot, and simmer for 15 minutes or until tender.
Note: While you can buy bulgur in the bulk foods section at many grocery stores, it’s also sold prepackaged, so feel free to follow the package directions instead.
