Tossed Italian Salad

5 cups torn greens

½ lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced

4 ounces mozzarella cheese, cut in ½-inch cubes

1 cup garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained

½ cup pepperoni, thinly sliced

½ cup Italian salad dressing

Gently toss all of the salad ingredients until mixed and then pour the dressing over everything, toss again, and serve immediately.

Serves 6.
