Perhaps the best part is that most of these treatments are not expensive, some of them are herbs you can grow in your lawn.

You can consume celery as seed extract or juice. The extract comes in handy when it comes to suppressing buildup of uric acid in your body. The herb comes with numerous benefits like antioxidants, from caffeine acid, phenolic acid, ferulic acid, and quercetin as well as flavanols. These properties make celery ideal for treating multiple conditions that can result from inflammation like joint pain, gout, infections in kidney or liver and skin disorders among others.

This alkaline mineral in magnesium has also been effective in treating gout by reducing the formation of uric acid in the body. Magnesium is effective in treating acute gout, and its deficiency in the body could lead to the development of gout. This means you should add magnesium supplements or foods rich in the mineral to your diet.

Proteolytic enzymes supplements come with bromelain, a potent remedy for gout. Bromelain is found mostly in a pineapple core. Nettles herb is a potent anti-inflammatory phytonutrient that you can use as tea or supplementary drink. The anti-inflammatory properties in nettles are what make it a perfect solution for gout since the problem results from inflammation among other causes.

Fish oil may not produce instant effects, but with prolonged use, it helps decrease the risk of gout. This is all thanks to its high levels of omega-3 fatty acids that help in fighting inflammation, which can cause numerous diseases in your body. The use of this remedy helps fight gout and arthritis as well as other conditions that can result from inflammation.

The other remedy for gout is juice from black cherry or extract from cherry juice. This cherry comes with numerous benefits, with gout treatment being just one. According to studies being done, this remedy has shown potency to lower risk of gout with up to 35 percent. Besides, the use of this cherry can be used as a prescription for kidney stones as well.
