Robertson, I and Cooper, C L, Well-being: Productivity and Happiness at Work (Palgrave Macmillan, 2011). The authors have carried out a major study that indicates high levels of psychological well-being among employees will mean lower sickness-absence levels, attraction and retention of talented people, and more satisfied customers, clients or service users. It suggests ways in which organisations can provide their employees with high levels of psychological well-being.

Schafer, W, Stress Management for Wellness (fourth edition, Wadsworth Publishing Company, 1999). This book is ideal for students at college or university.
