You’ll Need

1 12-ounce package butterscotch chips

⅓ cup butter

2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1 cup chopped walnuts

1 8-ounce package cream cheese

1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 Preheat oven to 350˚ Fahrenheit and grease a 9” × 13” baking pan.

2 In medium-sized saucepan, melt butterscotch chips and butter over low heat. Stir in graham cracker crumbs and nuts.

3 Press half of mixture firmly into bottom of baking pan.

4 In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese with electric mixer until fluffy. Add condensed milk, vanilla, and egg. Mix well.

5 Pour into baking pan and top with remaining crumb mixture. Bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.

6 Cool at room temperature; then chill in refrigerator 1 hour. Cut into bars. Refrigerate leftovers.
