Chocolate Chip Cream Cheese Ball

You’ll Need

1 8 ounce package cream cheese

½ cup (1 stick) butter

¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons brown sugar

¾ cup powdered sugar

¾ cup mini chocolate chips

¾ cup pecans, finely chopped

Directions

1 Beat cream cheese, butter, and vanilla with electric mixer until creamy.

2 Slowly add brown sugar and powdered sugar until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips and chill 1 hour.

3 Form into ball and chill for another hour.

4 Roll cheese ball in chopped pecans. Serve with graham crackers, vanilla wafers, and other sweet cookies.
