You’ll Need
1 cup white granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup (1 stick) butter
3 eggs, beaten
1½ teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons baking soda
1½ cups peanut butter
4½ cups rolled oats
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup hard-covered chocolate candies
Directions
1 Preheat oven to 350˚ Fahrenheit and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
2 Cream sugars and butter together in a large bowl. Beat eggs, add to butter mixture, and stir until incorporated.
3 Add vanilla, baking soda, and peanut butter. Mix well.
4 Stir in oatmeal, chocolate chips, and hard-covered chocolate candies.
5 Using an ice-cream scoop, drop batter onto cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes until cookies are golden brown. Let cool on tray for 5 minutes; then place on a cooling rack.
