You’ll Need
1 1-ounce square unsweetened chocolate
4 tablespoons butter, unsalted
¾ cup white granulated sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup milk or cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
1 Simmer chocolate and butter in small saucepan over low heat until melted.
2 Add sugar and salt, stirring until combined.
3 Add milk slowly, stirring as you pour.
4 Let mixture boil, stirring occasionally; then turn off heat and add vanilla.
5 Pour chocolate sauce over ice cream and enjoy!
