You’ll Need
1 chopped green apple
2 tablespoons chopped pistachios (optional)
1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
¼ cup plain yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
Salad greens
Directions
1 Mix all ingredients, except salad greens, in a medium-sized bowl.
2 Cover bowl with plastic wrap and chill in refrigerator for 1 hour.
3 Serve apple mixture on a bed of salad greens and enjoy!
